This relatively powerful cuvée can therefore harmoniously accompany, during a meal, a red meat, a game or a ripened cheese.

|Harvest and vinification:||Manual harvest, first juice exclusively (cuvée), double fermentation (alcoholic and malolactic), aging in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.|
|Ageing / Disgorgement:||29 months on lees, disgorged in June 2019.|
|Dosage :||Extra-brut, 0,4 g/l.|
|Colour :||Pretty effervescence, marked yellow color.|
|Flavour :||Melted aroma, on red fruits.|
