Major issues

Our ongoing challenge is to offer high quality champagnes, developed in compliance with the principles of sensible wine growing.

The environmental analysis of all the Champagne sector, conducted in the early 2000s, has identified four major issues:

1

Mastery

Master inputs and their potential effects on health and environment.

2

Preservation

3

Responsible managing

Responsibly managing the water effluents, by-products and waste.

4

Energy and climate challenge

Rise the energy and climate challenge.
