Description

Grape varieties : Meunier / Chardonnay.
   
Terroir / under soil : West Vallée de la marne/ Clay-marl basements, covered with with fine sand and silt.
 
Type of viticulture: Sustainable (reasoned) viticulture, biocontrol.
 
Harvest and vinification: Manual harvest, first juice exclusively (cuvée), double fermentation (alcoholic and malolactic), aging in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
 
Ageing / Disgorgement: 25 months on lees, disgorged in June 2019.
 
Dosage : Extra-brut, 0,4 g/l.
Colour : Smooth effervescence, straw yellow colour with nice and light green reflections.
 
Flavour : Notes of citrus, grapefruit, toasted notes and toasted bread. Light foam and fine bubbles.
 
Palace : Lively and fresh wine expressing a beautiful acidity.
 
Serving temperature: Between 8 and 10° C.
 
When to drink it ? To drink now and until 2026.
