| Terroir / under soil : | West Vallée de la marne/ Clay-marl basements, covered with with fine sand and silt. |
| Type of viticulture: | Sustainable (reasoned) viticulture, biocontrol. |
| Harvest and vinification: | Manual harvest, first juice exclusively (cuvée), double fermentation (alcoholic and malolactic), aging in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. |
| Ageing / Disgorgement: | 25 months on lees, disgorged in June 2019. |
| Dosage : | Extra-brut, 0,4 g/l. |
| Colour : | Smooth effervescence, straw yellow colour with nice and light green reflections. |
| Flavour : | Notes of citrus, grapefruit, toasted notes and toasted bread. Light foam and fine bubbles. |
| Palace : | Lively and fresh wine expressing a beautiful acidity. |
| Serving temperature: | Between 8 and 10° C. |
