Delicate expression of the reunion of the Meunier – major grape variety in the Marne Valley – and the traditional wooden cask, this cuvée Cœur de vallée is the one-grape ambassador of the Mater & Filii House.
Champagne for connoisseur, aged in oak, this elegant and unique cuvée will harmoniously accompany, during a meal, a poultry with cream or a lamb mouse

| Colour : | Strong yellow and golden. |
| Flavour : | Light note of woody and smoky aromas of fresh fruit. Some spicy notes (incense). |
